As we dopnt get grants etc it's more than just immensly difficult to sustain your art and make money. Thus artists often lead a glamorous meagre existence. We are unable to buy property, have no medical insurance and cannot support our families on our vocation alone. Thus we spread ourselves so thin and do so many other jobs that our focus becomes shifted and the industry stagnates instead of growing. Help us by playing our music and therefore increasing our royalties and popularity amongst the public. That said we shouldn't "cut out" international musci.
